Good place to work the staff here is awsome. I haven't been here long but I see the quality and respect they have for the drivers. Loads are available and if u like to run the miles is here. So far so good they stand on there words.Do your job they don't bother you period. If u got a problem they get rite on it.

Great company with family values.
Employees are always ready to lend a helping hand. Clean spaces as well at both the old and new offices.
I have had countless pleasant experiences from walking in and speaking with receptionist Melia S, to Recruiting, Safety & Warehousing personal Riley H, and even someone with such an important/ stressful job Fleet Manager/Dedicated Operations, Zared M. You can't have a successful business for over 28 years without an amazing team, customers, and community members.

Took me an hour before my appointment even though it was his lunch break. Super nice guy! Hands down easiest going receiver! (Delivery directions) once on H&H road you’ll see the gate leading into My Way trucking drop lot. Take a right on the road before the gate ‘Campbell St’ and you’ll see the dock warehouse of theirs in front of you on the right. Wish all receivers were this nice and hard working!

June 22 2024 got a door right away. It was fast
unloading less than 30 minutes. best place I have ever delivered in the past 3 months. There was only one person unloading.
He was friendly and got me out and less than 30 minutes.

One of their drivers ran me and several others off the road. This guy had no care if he wrecked his tractor, or hurt anyone. Came within inches of hitting me and would have if I didn't stomp on the gas. From my research the company isn't great to work for but people like this should not be allowed behind a wheel of a big rig.. Reported to ALDOT.

This is not a bad company to lease on to if you don't mind runnin but if you are lazy don't stop here simple as that? There is money to be made at My Way? I'm nolonger there so it don't make me any difference one way or another. I'm just simply telling you the truth about the company from experience not hear say.

Safety office or anyone in general unavailable as their driver pulling trailer 8342 NB 65 out of Nashville into Kentucky is locking down the left lane on an uphill pull with available truck lane. After taking over 5 miles to complete a single pass, the driver finally yields to the miles of traffic now behind them and moves over... for about 90 seconds... then proceeds to whip back over like they are driving a smart car, almost totalling out a pick up truck in the process with the DOT bumper. The maneuver was totally unnecessary as the next vehicle ahead of the power unit was more than 20 car lengths away. 1/13/24 @ 1732 CST. Maybe a call ahead to the Kentucky scales will yield a change in this "professional" drivers unprofessional behavior. No staffed safety line while units are running? Seems to me safety is not a strategy for the motor carrier.
