I have tried soooo many meal prep services in the Inland Empire. So. Many. Most are fine and I just don't come back after a week or two. My Healthy Penguin wins so far in delivery being on time as scheduled, a notification once delivered (you'd be surprised this doesn't happen sometimes with other companies). The food quality is excellent!! I LOVE the diversity in meals offered every week and it changes every single week. When I mean diversity I mean I'm having spaghetti, then orange chicken, then a burger bowl, then a turkey burger, etc all in one week and it's all good. I personally love being able to have a different one every day. Pricing is on point as well as delivery. Highly recommend!

I’ve been ordering meals from My Healthy Penguin for almost a year now and this is a breakdown and experience with them.

Pros: They are affordable and easy to order from, food can be very delicious and nutritional facts are stated on each meal to count calories.

Cons: Although most meals are delicious there are some that are hard to eat which unfortunately get thrown out, specialty meals that cost extra can be better and my biggest complaint using this service is the way food is delivered. Instead of using a box with ice or cooling method instead they are delivered in plastic bags with no ice. Delivery dates and times are expected but when out of town or the house for a few hours the meals can get warm quickly in the heat and highly recommend this company invest in using a better delivery method for us customers.

All in all I will continue to use My Healthy Penguin and have already referred family and friends to use this company!

This is a wonderful meal delivery service! You're not locked into a subscription plan. The menu is released each week and the ordering cut off is Wednesday night. There are four different meals types you can choose from: standard, shred, gainz, and lean. The meals are the same for all, the only thing that changes is the quantity and what is or isn't included. The prices are very reasonable and far cheaper than ordering food. The number of meals per week ranges from 5-12.

Meal delivery is very smooth. You're given a heads up of the arrival window. Just make sure you're around when it is delivered so you can get it to the fridge.

Honestly this couldn't be easier. It's a bonus that the food actually tastes good.

I love these meal plans because there is always lots of variety and you can customize how you want your food. Also there are breakfast/dessert options. Have been ordering for quite some time now and am never disappointed.

I’ve been ordering from My Healthy Penguin since 2016. They have grown over the years and are only getting better; expanding their menu and delivery service. The website has been revamped and very easy to see the menu for the week and to place your order. You need to order by Thursday in order to get your delivery on Sunday. Their delivery personnel have texted and called me when we weren’t home. We usually leave an insulated bag with a cooler out in case we’re not home. They rotate 5 different items every week so you don’t get the same thing twice in a row. This has been a lifesaver since I don’t usually make my own lunch during the week. I don’t have to think about where I’m going to buy lunch from. When I go out for lunch with my coworkers, I easily spend $15-20+ each time (factoring tax and tip). Our cafeteria at work is also pricey. In 2020, they launched their Nourish Bowls which are packed with ingredients. My husband prefers the bowls because they are more filling for him. We add the bowls to our regular meal prep order.

I was a little skeptical at first but every meal that I have had I have absolutely loved. It’s super convenient. You order under your desired plan and they deliver the Sunday before the work week. Super easy and delicious.

So this is my first time really getting a meal plan service and let me tell you… it won’t be my last! I heard about My Healthy Penguin from the gym I go to, and I always saw great reviews so decided to order myself. They have multiple plans if you want a specific amount of protein or carb.
First, the ordering was easy and actually so affordable. The delivery was accurate and goes right to your home. All the meals were honestly amazing and tasted fresh. I would 10/10 recommend ordering from here & I cannot wait to try new items from their menu (that also changes weekly)!

Let me start by saying they have gained a loyal customer. From choosing your meals online to the delivery, it was all easy and stress free. The food was delicious and great quality. The seasoning of these meals was chef's kiss. I really enjoyed the variety of the meals because eating healthy should be FUN and YUMMY. It shouldn't be boring. I have a busy lifestyle, and I'm always on the go. I needed something that would keep me on track and help with my health goals. I'm excited about this new journey with this meal prep service.
