Scheduled an appointment to view the show room and discuss some of the items in the quote. Owner was unaware we had the appointment. Not that big of deal as he answered most of our questions on the spot and walked us through anyway. Per his request, I went online the next day to update my quote for the items we discussed. One week later we received the quote back. I said I was ready to order but had a few questions about some of the larger rides. No response. My husband and I sent emails, text and phones calls. It is now almost a month later and still not a peep from owner. Very, very unprofessional. We have gone with another vendor.
