Why is it that shipping one small item is $65? I only got paid $17 on ebay for shipping the item I need to ship, but the worker at Mr. Postal convinced my boyfriend that the cheapest is $65? Also, why did she make him send it on cash app to Samantha Callahan? Is that normal. It doesn't seem professional.

My daughter ordered a laptop and it was being shipped through UPS, because we were not home at the time of delivery, the package was re-routed to Mr. Postal. My daughter called this location to see when the package would be available for pick-up as she knows that UPS, Fed Ex, Amazon and USPS are working very long hours and did not want to show up prior to the package arriving and causing unnecessary churn. When she called (I was sitting right there), she was very polite in asking her question. The woman on the other end of the phone was not, short with responses, rude and was told to call back Monday, my daughter repeated back to make sure that she heard her correctly and the woman responded yes and hung up. We did not call back or respond to the rudeness.

Two days later, my daughter calls UPS and they confirm the package is now at Mr. Postal and we travelled over. Upon entering the store, as she was walking to the counter, she was rudely informed that she would need to wait as the Customer Service Rep was assisting someone else, when we looked around, we finally saw a man standing off to the side. We again said nothing and stepped aside for her to finish.

It was my daughter's turn and she came up to give her name for her package, she was asked when did she receive her notification slip (CR did not ask for the note), she stated Saturday and went to hand the slip to the CR and she rudely stated "I don't need to see that". I reminded myself that it is the holiday's and patience is a virtue. As she started looking through packages, she asked my daughter what the name on the package was, my daughter gave her name and then the CR asked what was in the package (Note: It is none of your business what was ordered), but my daughter informed her, she finds the package and looks at my daughter and says "ID?", she was shown the ID and we proceeded to retrieve or package and leave.

I understand that the holidays can be a very stressful time of year, but when you are Customer Service representative for a company, you represent the name on the front of the door as well. The attitude and tone was enough that I will never come to this establishment again.

Sam is freaking amazing! Awesome customer service and she really took the time to make sure everything was correct for my International shipping and had great suggestions. Will use this business again because of her.

Woke up early in the morning to send out two paintings and decided to go to the local post office off Jefferson Davis Highway... long story short, the foul attitudes and poor customer service sent me to Mr. Postal. Staff was extremely helpful and not only did they show me all the different rates for different shipping services but they also packed up my paintings free of charge. Never going back to the post office.. Customer service and Shipping rates at Mr. Postal are outstanding!

Have used Mr Postal several times now, and will never ship from any other facility again. The customer service is top notch, the wait times non-existent, and the stress level that normally comes from walking into a post office or UPS store is completely gone. Can't say enough about how fantastic this business is.

Just wanted to post a thank you for holiday kindness and smart business practice: You went out of your way to help me ship a huge box to Colorado yesterday and find the most ecomocial way to do it. You had compassion for me, a busy, stressed out mom and her tiny (recently potty-trained) kid who HAD to use your personal restroom. You didn’t have to be so accommodating at this busy time of year, but the kindness was so appreciated. Happy Holidays to a great local business.

The new owner Liam and his staff are terrific! I had a great experience with them over the Christmas holiday and will return there often. They helped me save money and were all about customer service and made what is usually a "have to" experience - actually FUN!
