Moving, whether across the city or the state is never a peaceful thing. Especially when you’re looking for company to handle all the logistics you. From the outset, Moving Forward was absolutely professional, transparent, and simply focused in ensuring my household goods made it from San Antonio to Fort Worth (in the same day) in good order and handled with care. We asked a lot of question and Robert was honest & transparent and cared about my questions and concerns. He understood my goal: to not have to worry or stress about the move. Period. When the big day came, Chino, Kelly (Snoop), and Nicole showed up to my house and immediately put me at ease. They hustled, but did so with care too. At my new house in Fort Worth - despite the long drive - had the same energy and enthusiasm as the morning. No damaged goods and all my boxes were sorted to their assigned rooms too. Nice touch, gentlemen!!

I never enjoy moving, but Moving Forward made it one the easiest, smoothest transitions I’ve had moving in many years. I’m really glad I trusted my gut and chose the right moving company!

They were professional, fast and efficient. I scheduled them for 8am and not only did get here early but finished removing an entire bedroom set and 2 additional mattresses in less than 15 minutes. I know who to contact next time I need some stuff removed. Thanks again.

They snuck into our apartment complex to leave ads for their moving service on every door in the complex, including on every apartment door, but also doors to the stairwells and the gym. But, they are falling off the doors and blowing around in the wind. So, essentially someone littered these ads all around the building. This is terrible marketing.

Update: Terrible response from the company on this. Yall could have at least apologized. Instead yall are just leaving us to clear up all the ad cards that are now scattered all around the apartment complex.

Isaac and Albert were Pleasant, Friendly and Professional the work was definitely done. They wrapped all the necessary pieces of furniture carefully. We were both very clear about my budget.
There were too many large pieces of important furniture left behind. I would have preferred some of the the smaller things be left behind. They ran out of time and my husband and I had to bring the rest of the things ourselves.
On the other hand, we paid them for one more hour and they tried to help my husband hang the tv on the wall. Thank you, God Bless.

I recently moved to Texas from Va and the moving company I had was a nightmare and I was scared to use any other moving company because of what happened with the last company. So I came home from work and found a flyer on my door from moving forward, I looked at the reviews and they were ALL GREAT so I decided to contact them and I must say they are THE BEST , Mr Robert stayed in contact with me , he explained everything and gave me the amount it would be to move and the prices was good . My movers, Gabriel & Persley was AMAZING from the time they arrived til the time they left . I had one minor thing that went wrong but the owner his self came and fixed it the next day he came with his beautiful wife & kids which mean he’s family oriented and I love that . If I could give them a trillion stars I would because they were PHENOMENAL! I really recommend this company, they took the fear out of me moving. I pray I don’t have to move anytime soon but I have their phone number on lock. They need to contact the movers who moved me to Texas and show them how to get things done right! Yall go head and hire Moving Forward for your next move you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

My moving team was so incredibly awesome! Huge thanks to David and Marcus. They turned a very daunting task into an exceptional experience. If you’re looking for movers who are prompt and professional with a kick of awesomeness, then these are the men for your move! Great job, Moving Foward. I will certainly be recommending this company to all of my family, friends, and strangers searching for movers. 10/10!

My sister hired them to move her and they were HORRIBLE!!!!! She’s not one to complain so I will let you know, if you need movers please look elsewhere. The movers did not move the things she asked them to move and moved some of the things she had asked them not to move. They lost the screws to a brand new tv stand. They broke the sconces and left them in the floor. They ran over the lights lining the driveway. They took more time than needed to complete the job, not to mention taking additional time to drive to the new place. She had to go back and load up everything they left and ask others for help after paying the company $1,100. IF YOU NEED MOVERS THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ON YOUR LIST OF COMPANIES TO GET A QUOTE OR DO THE WORK. People work hard for their things and the movers that are hired to move families or individuals should be respectful and responsible when moving others.
Lastly, when she called to talk to someone about it they asked her if SHE knew the name of the persons that moved her. WHAT!!!! So you’re pulling three men off the street to move customers. You don’t know who you sent!!!!! What the heck. Customer Beware!!!!!!

I was just being lazy and had money to blow so i hired these guys and Chino and Snoop were beyond professional and FAST!! Snoop has the strength of a crackhead lmao but he’s been with the company 19 years so that speaks for itself. Chino is hilarious they took great care of our belongings and made me comfortable! Will definitely hire these guys again for my next move. Thanks guys I appreciate you both 💯
