I really like that everything is brand new and that it can be accessed 24-hours a day without the need for keys. Having the app is super convenient! The only drawbacks for me is the monthly cost. With little options in the area, we don't have much of a choice, but that doesn't mean exorbitant fees should be charged. Also, on the backside at entry door #3, it would be really helpful if there was a way to build some type of windscreen because the wind howls through that part of the facility. I'm afraid I'm going to forget one day and the wind is going to rip my car doors right off the hinges.
