Great staff & nicely organized and clean store. I tend to run into Josh and Alex alot at the front desk, great guys with awesome customer service. Overall a great auto-parts store to pay a visit to.

Staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. They have things that you need most shops don't have. One plus is they can also order race gas by the five gallon can.

I was initially treated well until I asked for some help installing or showing me how to install my new windshield wipers and I was initially told that was not their job and insurance would not allow it. Very Snarky, then a very nice person installed them for me. I later found out he was a driver and worked on his car alot. Changed my entire view and feelings about the store.

Good selection, great prices. I bought a starter and I've had to return it twice. It couldn't have been easier to do. It was a lifetime warranty, but still at other stores, there's always issues. Not at monument. I'll be shopping here from now on!

Needed a new battery for my 2014 Nissan Rogue. Help with selection and installation of the battery so I would not have to come back with the old one. Ssved me my time which is more than money. Great staff and great service.

It is store which does not follow the rule to refund sold items. In my case I purchased the electronic car pump and it does not work as supposed to work in requirements and they declined to refund it because I tried to use in front of the store door. Do not recommend to buy anything from this store!

Very excellent experience there, everyone was really helpful no attitude just being all about the customer!!!! One of my radiator hose pop off the guy came out tried to get it on and then helped me find the part I need to fix it! Very good customer service
