I am not very happy with their delivery team. I had a scheduled delivery for an item and I was told the item would be delivered on a specific day then it was delayed by 3 more days which is understandable. These things happen. But then the day of the delivery the driver apparently comes by the house and doesn't even stop. I live in a rural area and it can be kind of confusing if you're following GPS. I do understand him not finding the house straight away but after not being able to find the house he doesn't call or email or give any notification that he couldn't find the house. My delivery was set for a Friday between 11-3 and after waiting until after 6pm I finally decided to call only to find that they were closed. So I have to wait until Monday and the tracking information that I have never updates it stays as out for delivery the entire time. When I call on Monday the person tells me that they have no idea why it was returned to the warehouse there were no notes from the driver and they had no idea what to do with it. So if I had been a little more passive and given it a couple more days someone would have gotten themselves a nice patio set for free. I ended up having to drive 45 minutes to their warehouse and pick the item up myself that I paid shipping for. Very frustrating and if I purchase an item in the future I will make sure they're not using this company for delivery.

During delivery, the two drivers damaged our hardwood flooring. The company's customer service was horrific and very rude during the whole process.
Two delivery drivers entered my home to deliver a treadmill we had just bought. They damaged the hardwood flooring in our home with their dolly creating huge gouges and were extremely disrespectful when the issue was presented to them. I contacted the company that day and went through the necessary processes to have the flooring repaired. The company instructed me to get a quote for the repairs, which I did. After the estimate was returned to the company, we endured terrible customer service and disrespectful language, we were informed that the damages were not going to be fixed. Now we are left with over $1,000 dollars of damaged hardwood flooring in the entryway of our home. I am beyond disgusted by this company and their professionalism. I would give them a 0 star rating.

Waited for our scheduled delivery from Ceva via Montgomery Air Freight. No calls. 5 minutes ago we received a call saying the truck broke down and there would be no delivery. Said ok, so tomorrow? Guy got an attitude saying No, that truck has already been loaded. So I said again, ok, so next day. That's when it really went downhill. He said No, I said when can I get a date? He said I don't know sometime next week...Mon, Tues, I don't know. If that isn't some really bad customer service I don't know what is. Customer punished because their truck broke down?

Horrible customer service. I've called multiple times to find out when something will be delivered and every person I've talked to has been flat out rude and of no help. They have no clue what they are doing. When I called them back today to find out if I would finally be receiving my package and the man was very rude and just said that if I would've returned their phone call faster then maybe I would be getting my package today. So now I have to wait till tomorrow and it will be 3 days late. I will never be ordering something that has to be delivered by them ever again. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The absolute worst delivery service I have ever had to deal with. They are so unprofessional from their initial contact, to phone “support”, to their attempted delivery. They can’t seem to manage their delivery drivers and when the deliver packages. This didn’t happen just once. It has happened 2x in the past month with both deliveries via this vendor.

To anyone looking to ship via MAF, know that your customers will be mad at you for picking this incompetent delivery company.
