I booked the load # 2001940305 on Saturday through MOLO online portal. Got email from Dalton Wyers for updates and asked him to confirm the commodity as my driver doesn't haul pork. Their aftrehours team was also asked about commodity. On Sunday mornig at 06.00 am Dalton Wyers sent me email that load doesn't haul pork and decided not wait for my reply. Once I answered at 07.00 am the load was already recovered. Shipping hours were 08.00 - 14.00 fcfs.

So per their note in the system and as it's the carrier fault for the bounced of the load because the driver doesn't haul pork. But this load was not include pork!!!
Dalton Wyers assert that is is not his fault as the note was put by Nicolas Chaparro but he could call me or at least wait for my response throught the email to confirm with me before receover the load. He just wasted my time and unethically recovered the load!!!

Horrible Horrible company no respect for drivers, had me pick up a load on Saturday day was told delivery was Monday got to delivery and the real deliver date is Thursday.
Sitting for 4 days loosing income stay far far away from doing buisness with this broker.
Hope this company falls apart and go bankrupt so they won't be allowed to take advantage of drivers anymore.

Molo hired a driver without insurance and he hit my parked truck
They take no responsibility for this. And I'm left without the 1 means of transportation that we had. Absolutely do not use this company u could be next.
Even funnier...I get the automated response from haiely....to call or email her and imagine this. Her mailbox is full and it hangs up on me. YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SHADY WAYS AND BUSSINESS PRACTICES

Don’t ever work with this broker, they are bad for business. They had me picked up a load knowing that they didn’t had an appointment and hold my truck hostage for $250 a day with my reefer running at -10. The driver alone make more than that per day. Every time I call molo asking for the broker that brokered the load to me he is not available, every morning I call I speak to the same lady but some how her name change from Paz to Cam , I also spoke to a supervisor name Briana that’s never available after we spoke then they transferred me to a next supervisor named David that hang up on me. And it goes on I could write a essay about this company and it’s lying workers

This is another shady brokerage. I did a load for them, Pickup and delivery on time. They stole $150 off the rate con. claiming i didn't track the load. Do not deal with this brokerage and they have lawsuits against them. More shady Chicago trucking companies.
