Everyone is pleasant to talk with. It is a bit over price. Not enough furniture guards inside of the pods to keep the items from falling forwards towards opening. Very hard to open the rollup door. Since the wheels are in the back causing the items to move o. The rollup door. Not designed well. Where are the metal rods to keep the furniture in place? It is to pricey for this trouble

Fantastic overall experience. Used for a local move and containers were clean, easy to use, and transported without a single item being damaged. Pickups and dropoffs were easily scheduled and on time. Highly recommend for moving as containers at ground level are much easier than a rental truck/ramp. Also have much more time to load/unload when renting by the month and you don't have to do the driving.
