I went to buy some screws and there's a female associate named Lumena (I might spell her name wrong). She speaks Chinese and English. She is very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Every time I go there I ask for her help. The cashier is very friendly too. I like going there

Decent foot traffic throughout the day. Lots of hardware for around the home repairs. Even some obscure items you might not find at larger hardware chains. A lot of the older staff have plenty of knowledge and understanding on hand to help explain and recommend what you may need. They also have repair services like for screen doors so you can save money on buying a complete new door.

Please do not come here if you are looking for overpriced and bad service . If I think of a family own business , I would think of excellent service but not here . I came today to buy a pack of e12 light bulbs and ceiling light fixture. I regret not going to Home Depot but this place was a few minutes closer to me and needed the job done fast . The first thing , I come in and Destinee cashier instead of welcoming me said I need to leave my backpack at the front . I was confused , since it was my diaper bag and I was with my child . She said oh never mind, I guess because she saw my boy. As I proceed to the lights the man , gave me what I ask . He did his job and thats about it . I went to the ceiling fixture isle and was there for 10 minutes. I was a bit confused and no one approached to help me. I proceeded to grabbed the fixture off the shelf and it said 44.99 but once I took it to the front they charged it at 49.99. They ask a man to go check and he saw the tag but instead took the tag off . They said they wouldn’t honor it . No only do they do not know how to greet people, but approach customers or handle mistakes that were done by them. I will never shop with them again . Just go to Home Depot or Lowe’s , they have better pricing and better customer service .

Mission Hardware gas items other hardware stores do not have. Everyone working there is knowledgeable , helpful and kind.
In store they're approachable and don't ignore you. They ask if you need help
When calling on the phone...they ANSWER their phone and politely help you.

Came here for the first time for stucco repair. Get home and both containers hard as rock. The product had set. Returned product to store and went Home Depot. Never liked ACE Hardware. Awful company.

I went to ask if they could change a Sierra craftsman but the manager told me I don't know if he can change it, because it was used but how am I going to know if what I bought was going to work for me without using it obviously I have to use it to see if I'm comfortable with the tool I'm buying…... I wanted to change it the same day I bought it but well, they told me that they didn't make changes just because I used it, if I barely cut a wood . …The manager was like angry talking rudely I think there are kinder ways to explain things

My go to place for great customer service and always fine products. True a new home Depot opened closer to where I live but I have worked with the staff here for almost 10 years. They have always answered my questions and helped in anything I ask for. They are also one of the few places that offer key replica for smaller keys. Home Depot won't do them anymore.
I ha e bought and gotten advice on anything from paint to mouse traps to faucets and I get an answer EVERY time. A++++
