The last crew did a fine job, but I will make some comments about the initial delivery service ... they also did okay, but I have some suggestions: It is important to start with a "square" frame before placing the foundation on it ... this was not the case initially. Also, the middle support structure of the frame was installed at an angle do to misaligned holes used. Reference photos. Just a little detail that will improve your service and add to customer satisfaction. Picture on the right shows the wrong holes were used initially. Picture in the middle shows the proper holes selected/used. Picture on the left shows the frame was not square when the center frame member was installed and the bolts tightened. Square is important so that the foundation seats/aligns evenly. It's the little things that make a difference.

Miranda has always provided great, superior service. And I should know, having used them whenever I come back to the states or go back overseas. That's been going on for years. Jake, who supervises this operation, always comes through and makes things easy. Last weekend's delivery was seamless. The two delivery guys were great, friendly, accommodating. Can't imagine doing business with any other movers in the Phoenix metro area.

Amazing service from start to finish! The customer service reps who called to schedule delivery, were kind and very easy to work with to find a delivery date and time that worked best for my schedule. The service team who did the mattress delivery were just wonderful. They arrived well within their promised 2 hour delivery window, they called 30 minutes before arriving. When they arrived, the 2 man team got right work, removed the old mattress/box spring and quickly and efficiently installed the new mattress and adjustable bed frame. The men were extremely professional, kind and courteous. They even offered to help store away the old bed frame and headboard. Such a great experience. Highly recommend!

Great service and communication. I received a text message the day of, letting me know the estimated time the item would arrive and it arrived little earlier which was great. I was a bit concerned because our address is difficult to find, we always get delivery services contacting us because they can't find our home but the worst part is items get returned to seller for this reason. Happy to say I did not have this issue with Miranda Delivery Services. The item also arrived undamaged and was installed with no issues. I would highly recommend this delivery service.

The crew delivering my bedframe was great. They helped me remove the old frame, set aside the mattress, and replace the mattress when done setting up the new frame. They were polite, quick, and efficient. (The only complaint was they did not move the new frame against the wall. My mistake in not checking.)
