The new owner Justin has really done a great job making this place More accessible and the new high top looks pretty
However The rates have more than doubled
And he uses the old bate And switch tactics

You have to ask permission To access your stuff After hours and there are cameras everywhere now
Why?
And he certainly watches remotely
If he watches his staff he watches you
This is right next door to the fire department with vinces everywhere and no one steals from this location
I had been a tenant for years and never saw a police Officer there because someone had stolen
Apparently his late fees are excessive and he does not wave any fee not even once
Supposedly, My bill was eighty dollars a month and the new promo is half off for 3 months
Which is one hundred and twenty dollars
My bill is $560
😂
Please keep my cardboard and Plywood now that They are filthy
And thank you for Not addressing the RODENT ISSUE months ago with your puppet up front
People don't realize rats and mice carry Disgusting Parasite such as mites And worms I can test you and everyone in your house In your pets and land you in a state of rapidly failing health
