Drove to the store to pick up a few plumbing parts that their website said they had plenty of. One left when I got there an hour later. Employee wouldn't check inventory. Nice

Was is there last week getting pants an extremely rude lady would not let me carry the pants around the store… acting like was going to steal them. You guys need to worry about your job instead of getting on customers. Will definitely not be going to

We are very grateful to have an Ace in town so that we don't have to drive up to SLO for every single little home improvement item. The staff is always friendly, they serve popcorn on the weekends, and they mail out a lot of coupons. Home Depot up in SLO does have a bigger selection at cheaper prices, but sometimes it's just not worth it to make that drive. The ACE garden center also has things you might not always find at Home Depot (we found an avocado tree at ACE when Home Depot had none). Plus, it's fun to just walk around the local ACE on the weekends!

Friendly staff exorbitant at the registrar. Seasonal items are enjoyable to look at.
I bought a couple books to read up on the area, from Los Osos to Nipomo and in between cities.

My husband and I have been shopping at this store for over 15 yrs. We acknowledge that items are more expensive here than the bigger brand stores, but to keep the money in our town we choose to overlook that sometimes significant difference. One thing that would somewhat ease that issue, was the accepting all coupons expired or not. We've come to learn this is no longer the case. I can understand not accepting the expired mass produced coupons. What I don't understand is not taking earned rewards if expired. Sometimes it's not convenient to get there or I don't need anything within that window of time. Earned $ should never expire. We love the courteous, always helpful staff. However, we will not be so generous with our spending at your store if this is how you choose to take care of those whom take care of you.
