We have been customers for about a year and have been consistently happy with the quality of the meals and service. This is the BEST meal prep delivery service I’ve used- and I’ve tried at least 7. The most important thing to me is that these meals have appropriate portions for an active person. I am very active and need a lot of protein, and most meal prep services left me starving! These meals deliver on both getting me the protein I need and making me feel satisfied. The kids like the meals, too. Mindful Meals has been wonderful about a few dietary restrictions we have. The meals are all good- especially the barbecue chicken bowl, the pesto salmon and the turkey dinner. Blake and team make it super easy to make changes or request specific meals. Mindful Meals has been such a blessing. My daughter goes to college in Orlando and we live in Texas. The food is healthy, fresh and taste amazing. Healthy food that is easy to heat up quickly! I've tried a lot of national meal delivery services and even some local ones.

Mindful Meal Delivery probably has the best food of any of the services I've tried. I think being local instead of national is a big advantage in terms of the freshness of the food. The menus are also consistent and offer variety and customization.

There is an area where Mindful Meal Delivery is by far the best I've ever tried, and that's customer service. Blake is probably the best customer service person I've ever encountered, or at least top 5. And that's even more impressive considering he's an owner/operator.

I find that the meals are reasonably priced as well, especially considering delivery. I pay $125/week for essentially two small breakfasts and eight lunch/dinner type meals.

In the past, living in a gated apartment complex has been a headache for meal delivery services as well. With this company, the delivery person contacts me directly to get access code(s) and then generally they know where to go and what code to enter every time they bring the meals.
