Reservation process was easy. Test was performed quickly. We were in and out of the parking lot in mere minutes and the results were texted to us before we made it home. I shouldn’t need to mention this, but be sure to use your cell phone number when you sign up because everything is done via text, with supporting emails.

This is the best testing site I've come across, in the area of southeast WI / northeast IL. They are very prompt and provide service at your car (unlike other sites where you pick up a package from a drive up window then park and just toss your sample into a bin outside in the freezing cold). You will get your result in minutes for the rapid test. I'm 30 minutes away in Kenosha and it was worth the trip here. Plus now they're actually still open versus a vast majority of the other sites being "temporarily closed".

I had my appointment at 9:15am today 1/6/22.
I arrived at 9am and the lady came out to test another patient and came to me right away and ask me to check in and got tested right away. I have recommended this place to alot of people and it was my 1st time going there but love the fast service. I received the results right away via text as well.

I cannot recommend this site. The rapid test result was received in half an hour but I have been waiting 4 days for my PCR Test result. I contacted the website and they gave me a phone number to call. I have called the number 3 times and gotten three different excuses. The last representative told me they had no record of my test. The first person told me they could see the result but it was not yet released. I tried to call the phone number on the actual location website and it appears to be a private number. I really think this place is just trying to scam your medical insurance. I also called Greenleaf Medical which is located in the same building as this business and they gave no affiliation with this lab. Go somewhere else!

Quick and easy! Schedule an appointment, so you do not have to stand in line. Drive up, so you don’t have to go inside a building. Staff was professional and friendly! Only rapid tests are available here!

The nurse who did my test was incredibly sweet and funny. My fiance and I both had a covid test done, and she was really helpful. We got our results in 15 mins, and we opted for a physical copy, as well as the text.

Don’t come here! Extremely unprofessional!
Technician did not come out for my appointment even though there was an employee car parked in the employee parking lot.
My appointment was then switched to Lombard! I have a screenshot of the original appointment in Park City location. Extremely unprofessional. I left a voicemail to be contacted and explained what happened and NO ONE CONTACTED ME BACK.
