This place is INSANE. I’ve been renting for about a year now.. One day I check my banking information and they went up $70 on a unit. So $170. For a unit. With no phone call - They apparently send out emails. Which is a very sneaky way in my opinion to do business. You wouldn’t go up on rent and just expect someone to know without telling them. Make sure your checking your account is all I can say if your renting from here.

Price went from $70 to $203 in a year and a half. Paid my previous month with an updated card and they still tried to run my old out of date card this month, which of course didn't go through. Then I never received an email that my payment didn't process so they are charging another $40 late fee while I'm watching my bank wondering why it didn't go through. So from $70 to now $243. They say it's inflation but that's a bit insane for me.

Harold is by far the nicest person!!! He was extremely helpful with the whole rental process. I know it is easy to do this online as well but he absolutely made my day. I reserved the unit I wanted and ended the phone call with the biggest smile on my face.

Constantly going up on rates with no communication. Went from 189.50 to 214.50 in one month and now want to force me to rent a lock I don’t need. I would stay away.

They are setup to do business online, there is no one at the site. I started the process on Thursday didn't store my RV until Sat. A lot of phone tag and email delay.

This was a great storage place I have had for 2 years and now they increased their rates more than a little and hit me for an extra $50 Feb 1st and when I called to see why they said they emailed me and I said I will just vacate then but then they said well you will have to pay the following month too because February only has 29 days in the month and we require 30, so I'll be stuck paying 1 more month. They planned this perfectly I got to say but that was dumb on their part because now they lose my business and probably alot more. If this is how they treat a never late always paying client then I hope people see this review and continue shopping around for different storage facility and there is quite a few more out there.
