I bet this place has bad reviews. All I’m going to say is the people starting from security, to check in and loader are all super nice people. The place is super tight that’s for sure. But if your a drive for a living all this place does is helps sharpen your backing skills. So not that bad at all!! And it’s definitely not doubles friendly!

I expected to have a terrible time here, but was pleasantly surprised. The parking is terrible and backing is very tight. But both security and receiving are very friendly. I arrived at 0830 with a 1030 appt time amd they managed to get me in within an hour. Started loading me within 15 minutes of docking. Estimated hour and 30 minute load time, and the reciever told me to talk to them if it takes longer. Its been an hour and I expect to be finished soon.
I could see this place being stressful if you arrive later in the day and they are busy.
But no lazy workers here, they are taking care of me as quickly as possible.
Think twice about coming here if you are an O/O with a long truck. Backing is real tight, and the street parking while you wait to be received is cramped.
They have a Mexican food truck here for lunch too.

Crazy slow!!!!every time you check in, they asked all pickup#, they always say not correct, waste your time ! You gave them same # agian , they will find the load!!! We came 3 times, 3 times same issues! Crazy shipper

Got into a door right away, only took 1.5 hrs to get loaded and on our way. Just be careful coming down the street and trying to get in and out. Butler street is full of parked vehicles and the entrance can be busy, only one way in and out. Fortunately everything went smoothly.

Was told loading was 8 to 3. At the gate said noon appointment. Wouldn't let me in till 11:45. At dock now 2 hours and still not loaded. Almost 90 degrees and nothing but a porta potty for a bathroom. Bet it smells nice. Bet the workers don't use it.

Street will be full of trucks. Tight get in and get out and backing. Appointment doesn't matter. Will load u only when its ready. No staging area. Expect long delays as soon as u turn into street. Security guards are friendly. Loading is FAST. Getting a door is not
