If I can I would give it 0 stars. Disrespectful and unprofessional front desk staff AND Be AWARE YOU WILL WAIT FOR OVER 4.5 hours to get unloaded. As I scroll down the reviews obviously the owner or managers have done nothing to solve these issues. Horrible service.

I've had cargo at this place since April 2, they are giving me the run around, Jet Airways has been trying to recovery my cargo since Monday. Now I'm in the process of getting my lawyer involved to get my money back as well and getting my cargo retrieved, because it was paid for in FULL. I've been extremely patient with them and I promise this is the last straw. Called to talk to several supervisors they transfer you and then there's no answer, you leave a message no one returns phone calls or emails. Next I'm going to start stating names and emails of individuals that I've spoken to since they have yet to return any phone call or email. They are now interfering with my business and money. This is the worse shipping company I've every had to deal with and this will be the last time I ever deal with them.

My driver went there and the front desk is completely unorganized manager is so unprofessional give the wrong paperwork and tried to blame my driver for it the fright wasn’t ready when my driver had an appointment they tried to charge me for their mistake worst cargo company I have ever worked with doesn’t matter how good their prices are completely unprofessional and unsanitary and extremely disrespectful towards their customers! DO BETTER!

Decent company on the check in process, however Emirates Sky Cargo is ridiculous. First u line up on the street outside this place on Patton Dr, then once a dock opens up u quickly grab the door. Once checked in you're in a caged holding area until they decide to call u. Avg wait 2-4 hrs min.

Poor service. had major mistake on their warehouse receiving, and after that, it went from bad to worse. no cooperation in trying to find a viable solution to the problem created by their warehouse personal, by not checking the freight properly for marking and labeling. never again will use an airline that is handled by this handling agent in ORD.
