The bill of lading & freight bill showed a delivery date of 11/25. I arrived a half hour before my appointment time & was told to come back tomorrow, that I'm not on the schedule for today. Then when I asked to use their restroom the receptionist around front refused to allow me to use their restroom. It was a much better experience when I returned to deliver my load on 11/26. They unloaded me in less than an hour, & the appointment mixup wasn't their fault. However, It would be nice if they had a bathroom for the drivers. That's the only necessity we can't keep in our cabs.

Worst warehouse in Miami to make a delivery, avoid this place at all cost, you are going to wait for hours without knowing how long is going to be, and very rude woman at the receiving office

My appointment was at 14:00pm checked in at 13:02pm and they immediately gave me door & started unloading. Quick unloading very professional staff they know how to do work in proper manner. Good facility to deliver Load.👍👍

We were told a drop and hook, closed when we arrived and had to wait 6 1/2 hours for them to open, then find out its a live unload. They were not expecting us and were not happy... but they did get us right on a door and unloaded us so we could go home finally

05 10 drop app was 10am. driver arrived 9am , got empty 7:30pm

we spend alll day at receiver . broker has always updated... and we didn get 1 day layover... Broker was USA Truck conf 7425717

Appt 1500. In door at appt time and out at 1700. Had 50 double stacked pallets and it was busy. Unloader was hustlin. Nice office staff
