There's no sign saying to park outside to check in.

Street signs say no parking anytime.

I just saw a picture here in the reviews of a sign they had and is no longer there.

The old grumpy guy in the booth wont let you sign in even if you're already there and wont let you sign in without a vest or hard hat on.

I parked in the street, went back in and told me that I can't sign in without a vest or a hard hat.

I asked if it's okay to just sign in because I have everything in the truck, and I will use it when they allow me in to unload.

Then he snapped and started yelling and screaming, so I just walked away; got the stuff and signed in.

He retaliated on me by making me wait longer. Other truckers came and went after I arrived and signed in.

Now cherry on top, they don't let truckers use their restroom. Potty patties. They have them locked and are Employees Only according to the old guy.

Wasn't too bad. 1st time here. Now I know, park on the side of the street before the entrance, walk over to check in shack, they'll call you when it's your turn. Was in and out in 2 hours. Staff is nice and professional 👍🏻

Very rude and unprofessional! The guy I had to check in with was extremely rude! And by the looks of the reviews he needs to learn how to talk to people. If your receiving here be prepared to be talked down to. Company definitely needs to replace him with someone else or scold him on how to be a people person.

Old man at receiving shack is something else, might want to consider a better person for the job with a better attitude and willing to work. Loaders are quick.

Shipping staff is very friendly and accommodating. I failed to measure the over length of the product off the rear of my trailer, completely my fault (loading 60’ rebar on a 48’ trailer). Product was 7 1/2 feet off the rear, California maximum over hang is 5 feet. They were more than willing to readjust the load without complaint for me to be at legal length. Fast and efficient as well.

Guy in the guard shack was awesome. No issues with him, explained the situation, No Hardhat, No Vest -no entry. It's a safety thing OSHA. I can totally understand this. Got a HH/And a vest, I stand entry.
Listened to another driver whine about the rules, my man, rules are in place for the company just as they are for us.
MHX, keep the portly old guy in the shack, man sticks by his guns. Follow the rules for safety, can't see whats so hard about it.

Sigh on the street could look a little better. I'm sure this a company thing.

Very disappointing when I have my trucks arrive to a company to check in only to be greeted in a strongly unpleasant manner. Myself being the owner seeing this first hand here at this company for first time gives me an understanding what my drivers are dealing with. Older man in the check in shack clearly has some mental issues. Throwing his check-in clipboard toward the wall in front of him in a angry and rude way, all be cause I wrote on the second page because the first page seemed full of check ins. I really hope MHX really looks into this matter and considers a replacement. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated. Please contact me via email for anymore questions. Thank you
