This is my 5th year with MGL. It's been a very productive experience! It starts with the staff and how you are treated with respect and professionalism. Additionally, they are very responsive whenever you need support (24/7).
Whether it's maintenance, a settlement matter, home time or load assignments. Some of the "BEST" dispatchers in the industry. The pay is great, performance and safety bonuses and the miles are consistent. Bottom line MGL is a great company to elevate your trucking career and achieve your goals. So many companies talk a good game, but MGL deliver for their drivers!

Worked for this company 3 months. Was lied to from the beginning. Once I came to this company there was no orientation pay. If you decide to leave before 3 months you will have to pay back hotel, uber, and flight arrangements. If $100 is taken for escrow weekly why would I get a $300 check back nearly 2 months after resignation. Does make any sense to me. This company is horrible when it comes to communication and taking care of the people committed to delivering loads on time. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I’m disgusted…

I’ve been with MGL for five years now, and it’s been such a great experience! One thing that really stands out is how reliable they are—my paycheck has always been on time.
The people here are amazing—friendly, approachable, and always willing to help out. The office is super modern and a great place to work; it’s clear the company puts effort into making it a comfortable and enjoyable environment.
The team is awesome too—easygoing and great to work with, which makes a huge difference when you’re spending so much time together. And whenever there’s an issue, my managers are handling it professionally and efficiently. They really make you feel like your concerns matter.
If you’re looking for a company that’s professional, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to work for, MGL is a fantastic choice. I’m proud to be part of this team to this day.

Love this company they gave me a second chance when all other companies counted me out. Forever grateful for the love and support I receive from the staff especially my favorite guy Mark he’s the best dispatcher in the world. Even though I’m your biggest headache you make sure I keep moving and in a position to take great care of my family. Thanks to the entire company again for just believing in and pushing me to my potential. If you’re looking for a great place to continue your cdl career this is the place to start. Ask for mark he gets you paid. Lol

I was hired 01/26/2024 I drove for 3 weeks with the company and they took $100 each week for insurance then 2 weeks ago I was told that my truck needed to go to the dealership to have the transmission replaced! I’m still owed $500 and they said I damaged the trailer and small hole and they took my paycheck to cover the cost!! I never had a crash ever! I tried calling the company multiple times and no response I have a clean driving record they did me wrong and dirty! They lied everyone in the office could care less about the drivers this is by far the worst experience ever! Even my HR manager ignored my calls today and so I placed a complaint with the Illinois Department of Transportation and placed a report regarding my pay! Very unprofessional office staff!!!

They push you and don’t pay you….Did not get first check when I was told, and the same thing with 2nd check. Pay from 3 weeks ago, is late. I ask why and the reply was so unprofessional, you barely be able to sleep. Bad experience not getting paid for your hard work. Comdata will be how you are paid, that’s how you will be not including EIN, business account. DaYS late no deposit.Worse place I ever worked. I could say a lot. Don’t do it Drivers. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

I love Working for MGL. Any problem I have with the truck, I do not sit. They get it fixed ASAP so I can keep trucking. My Drive manger and The HR department are amazing and get back to you with fast responses. I would recommend this company to any and all professional drivers especially if your home time is important to you. You can stay home up to 7 days every 3 weeks and my drive manager always gets me home when I ask, never a problem!! If u want to stay home longer they will fly you home and back when you’re ready… with every company you find your issues, but since I’ve been here no issues yet.. Happy Driver 💯
