They don't refill propane cylinders i was told. Came with 2 practically new 30lbs, was told they don't refill them that worleys rentals does. Went there and paid more then i ever have, like 30 percent more. Found out later that they fill worleys big tank so seems to be a scam to gouge people in need. Also worleys charges you first regardless if you have some in a tank. Another first for me. Usually people weigh and sell you what they filled

We called MFA to service our tank as we were running low and were met with rudeness and indirect information. Only after payment was collected did they mention that service could be as late as Monday when we were originally told Wednesday. This is unacceptable and we requested a refund which was met with a terrible response of "nobody will fill the tank by then". She did offer the original service date but at that point there was no way we were taking her would for it as we could not afford to go without heat in our home.
We will not be returning to MFA for future services.

I agree with the other guy that posted a review. Not the old George’s at all. They won’t let you pay the driver so you have to pay by phon3 with a card or drive to their office to pay. Then it’s up to 5days before you get propane. Which isn’t a big deal to those who doesn’t have to worry with money. But when you have to save up to pay propane it’s hard. We’re down to nearly empty ordered propane three days ago and were not on tomorrow’s order either. So will have to pay the extra to have it delivered in the am. Even though I paid and ordered four days before. Ugh...don’t know if other companies are any better or not,...but very disappointed in this time have been with George’s for several years and. Ever had this issue, but Mfa taking over ruined this company at least for us.

Residential customers. There is now a 200gallon minimum. Pressure checks are $75. They no longer have service days for your area, so it's service whenever. I guess you have to be home until they show up whenever or pay $75 for same day service. I ran out since I have to catch their 250 gal tank that holds way less between about 30 gallons and empty. So it's $75 pressure chk + $75 same day delivery + around $350 for gas. Thats $500 for 200 gallons, $150 of just fees for 10minute PC and delivery fee! I'm changing!
