Wife hit a curb and popped the tire. I called Tesla Roadside Assistance and they came with 20-25 minutes. Matt was courteous and professional. Took my key fob and took pictures and he took it from there . Tesla took care of the towing charges .

I was lucky enough to have Rishad the heavy duty operator come out and help me off of the highway in Livermore. My 5th wheel RV broke down! Would definitely recommend any tow services from Metro Towing! Thank you! Gratitude for taking our truck to the dealer and our trailer to San Jose. Such a nice driver.

They were responsive and relatively quick but the driver replaced my Tesla 12v battery and it resolved nothing, we later found out the replacement battery was also dead. In the meantime the driver door window ended up getting broken since the windows won't close with a dead battery and they have to tow with open doors and wrap it.

It was good experience on a not so good day. It happens that I hit a 4x4 wood on the freeway and hits my Front LH tire and damaged my mugwheel and causing to be flat on the spot. But Metro Towing company are open and help me out with the assistance from my GEICO insurance. Thank you and I went back home safe and sound. ? John was nice and professional driver. Thank you.

Our car broke down while traveling through Livermore. Metro Towing was dispatched by our insurance company and came to our rescue. Our alternator was out and the car, a Jaguar XK, was completely dead making it very difficult to get it up onto the tow truck. The driver,Sami, was able to figure things out and got the car onto the truck without any issues.
He took us to the repair shop of our choice and was very courteous and helpful during the experience.

We were deeply impressed with the outstanding roadside assistance Metro Towing provided when my brother’s truck broke down. They were definitely caring ,professional, reliable, fast and punctual. Two thumbs up to the dispatcher and he took a swift action and dispatched the tow truck in a few minutes . The driver did great as well . Their rate was fairly reasonable. If we ever call for roadside assistance, Metro Towing will surely be the top choice.
