If you're going to get storage *anywhere* in the west suburbs of Chicago, go here (even if it's twice or more the length to drive).
The staff (Ron was awesome; I had to verify several things and he was extraordinarily friendly, as are every staff member to whom I've talked (Unfortunately their names escape my mind at the moment, but I'm sure I'll recall and edit this review, as they also deserve credit by name, I believe)).
They even offer a 5-day grace period where, if you empty your storage unit within 5 days (... hence the name haha), they will refund a pro-rated amount for the rest of the month.
The storage units themselves are also very convenient to access and use, and, unlike some other high-quality storage facilities (not casting aspersions at them at all, though, as they are in the "high-quality" category, as well, but this would be #1 on my list), you can bring your own lock (for the Metro Self Storage® facility, it's a cylinder one, which you can also purchase at the counter, of course).
Definitely pick this as your first place when thinking about storage.
