Came to store because my phone was not responding properly and the two gentlemen slices and Edwin were able to fix my phone and also helped get a very nice Samsung tablet which I really love. I went in today to get the cheapest phone and quick. Not only did Gaby hook me up but had me out of there quick I mean really quick. She gave me a good bundle for my phone. She was super nice. I would so recommend all my family and friends to go see Gaby.

Was fed up with the trouble I was having with Verizon and how much it was going to cost to fix it. I just wanted a phone that works especially for how much it costs month. Went into metro to just buy a new phone and I felt terrible I came in flustered but the employees (forgive me, there was Ulises I believe and a nice lady I forgot her name sorry) but they were patient and helped me get something quick. I really appreciate how kind and helpful they were and how easy they made it for me, definitely left feeling better.😄

I am at a loss for words at how helpful efficient patient and kind Selia was what awesome customer service skills!! Any other store tried to make every excuse not to help because they only care about a sale but she went out of her way above and beyond and I finally had my phone working I wish all metro stores had a rep like like Celia!!
