Methodology embodies everything I could ever dream of when it comes to nourishing my body from the inside out. I’ve bought meals from them and have also been gifted a few, and every time it’s the same: super high-quality, delicious cuisine that’s incredibly satisfying and, to top it off, beautifully presented. My mom is also obsessed. She always asks for us to gift her Methodology for her Birthday and Mother’s Day… every year without fail 😆! The variety of meal options and flavors is absolutely out of this world. Not even exaggerating… if you love flavor, you’ll love this meal service.

Loving methodology so far!! Just tried my first meal and it was so yummy, tasted fresh, was filling, and best of all didn’t bother my sensitive tummy. I also really appreciate how helpful the team is every time I reach out via email. Bles and Jade are usually who I chat with. They are always so kind, and get back to me usually within the day! Would highly recommend !

The food has been amazing, and so has the customer service. Even foods I didn't think I would love, they have all tasted amazing. Everything has been super fresh and I have already lost 4lbs after my first week on this program. I will say the 4 week 4 meals/ day signature reset program is expensive, BUT it's cheaper than a GLP-1, and it actually helps teach you portion control, how to use healthy ingredients, and helps to create life long habits. I'd say this is a better purchase IMO 🙂

The quality of the food included in the Methodology meals is surpassed only by the taste of each and every lunch and dinner. As a meat aka beef and potatoes kinda gal, I am blown away by how much I LOOOVE the seafood and even the vegetables as I typically avoid veggies and fish.

I look forward to receiving the beautiful box each week. The jars of colorful food and the bento boxes have brightened the interior of my refrigerator and I smile each time I open the door. Oh, did I mention the vegan chocolate truffle snacks?!

At first, I considered Methodolgy a luxury. I would try it for a week or two. Now, I don't want or need to go out for lunch or dinner to have a delicious meal or spend hours prepping a cooking a meal. Methodology requires no effort on my part.

And the service team goes above and beyond to ensure I am happy with the menu selections.

Methodology Premium Food Delivery is, hands down, the best luxury splurge in my entire budget. Their meals are truly Michelin-quality, and the experience feels more like dining at a high-end restaurant every day than a typical meal service. Every dish is crafted with so much thought and creativity — from edible flower toppings to gorgeous, colorful shrubs and unique truffle variations that leave me excited for the next day’s flavor. Not only is the food beautiful and delicious, but it also helps me hit all my macros perfectly.
On top of that, the service is incredible. Customer service is also concierge-level. Shoutout Bles and Raz, who are friendly, responsive, informative, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

My husband and I have been ordering methodology for at least a month now and really like it. He was reluctant to try it as it seemed “too healthy to taste good,” and I’d been burned by other healthy brands of food delivery for having tiny portions and so so flavor.
But on the first week, both of us were really surprised. The portions are way bigger than they look in the jar or bin. It’s always a decent amount of food—for anyone. And it even tastes good! My husband consistently gives the food 9/10! (He doesn’t give a perfect score because he wants to give them something to shoot for lol).
Really happy I tried this service.

I have tried many kinds of meal services over the years, and Methodology is the very best that I have been privileged to find and to maintain subscription. Every Monday, I am excited for the arrival of my weekly meals that have already started changing me for the better. They are high-end restaurant quality in taste and variety, and help me retain better habits of eating more diverse vegetables. What makes Methodology elite is that the meat portions are not only substantial, but they are also cooked to perfection wherein using a microwave doesn't seem to affect the texture. The shrimp are always huge and tender, and that to me was the biggest surprise. The ACV shrubs are very tasty and have helped me curb my Spindrift and La Croix cravings substantially. A google review can't really do justice to convey how happy I am with the service and how I wish I had found it sooner. Thank you, Methodology, for helping me on this journey of becoming the healthiest that I can be!

Be careful, once you start Methodology you won’t want to stop. I am completely obsessed with this company. I’ve done about 9 weeks of their meals after deciding to do a healthy reset after the new year. It has completely transformed my health, my routine, and my schedule. Not only are the meals delicious, unique, and filling, but they have perfect macro ratios that help me meet my fitness goals. I have eaten less processed food and focused more on real ingredients from Methodology. I feel more energized and empowered knowing I’m consuming things that are good for my body. As someone who doesn’t have much time to meal prep, I feel like I’ve gotten so much time back in my schedule. I feel leaner, lighter, and calmer. Cannot recommend enough!
