01.22.25 while driving on a Chicago highway, I encountered negligent and aggressive behavior from a driver employed by your company. I urge you to take appropriate action to assess their professionalism and qualifications. I expect a prompt response from the individual responsible for monitoring the quality of service provided by your trucking company. Such conduct reflects poorly on your company’s professionalism and competence.

I been with them for 3 months now, through their lease program.just like every company out there, there is certain stuff that you have to deal with nomatter what. I been deiving now for close to 10 years, so iam mot greeny or steering wheelholder. For myself money talks, and i cannot complain one bit in that aspect. Iam with the purple team for dispatching. Peter is the head of the team(freaking goes boss mode with long miles loads), viola, matt, and andrew also take care of you and go above and behond for their drivers. Lowest paying load per mile i have had its $2.25 per mile, and the highest its been $4.50 per mile. If you wanna make money, you can make it here. Just dont come with a childs mentality wanting to be home everyweekend. If you lease your own truck with them and stay out 3-4 weeks, you can make a lot of money.

I’m an OTR company driver at Merx and have been with them about 8 months now. And I’ve truly been satisfied each and every day of those months. They are such good natured people that make you feel appreciated. By keeping you well informed in every aspect. No long waits in between loads. Keep me with good miles every week.They really keep the ball moving when it comes to moving freight and keeping the driver satisfied. Shots out to Dillon, Anthony, Daniel , Matt ,and all who steps in making me feel at home. Also shots opt to that safety crew. Julia and Alex are such brilliant people. Merx take pride in keeping their vehicles in top fashion. I never have issues with breakdowns, or DOT inspections. Nor blown tires. They run all originals. I had a breakdown once due to a DEF issue that carried through a 3 day holiday weekend and they paid me $150 for each of them days. And put me in a room. Their pay scale is excellent cause the pretty much pay for each and every mile I drive. None of that zip code to zip code mess where your miles be getting cut on the dead head end and actual pickup which can be up to 70 or more miles with other companies. I have great respect for what they offer. They’re very up front. Nothing hidden between the lines.

I was one of the oldest owner operators, and the company went through some tough times like everybody else at this market, so I couldn't get dispatched for a week, which made me come back empty twice from far away so I decided to quit and tough this is unexeptable for me . Then time came time for my escrow, and I was denied for not sending email 15 days prior quitting. Now who is in the right and who is in the wrong, I will let you decide.

I was laid off recently I would not recommend them they was no notice just delivered a local load and was told to report to the yard and laid off given 1.5 hours to get my things and leave

Per a lady at their accounting, they are waiting to get paid by their customer so they can pay us.... ?! What kind of unheard business practices is that ?! We have no business with their customer whatsoever. They are the ones who hired us to do the job and must pay us per agreed contract. Invoice is now 50 days old and they cannot provide a payment date. A claim to their surety bond was just filed. Stay away

When we're searching for trucks to run loads... We scroll to find Merx Global to see if they're close. Nataly and Peter are great to work with. Always on time for pickup and delivery, great communication if there's issues and they make they job fun instead of monotonous. Highly recommend giving them a call. They'll get the job done right.... Leaving a smile on your face!

I have been with merx global for 6months now and I can honestly say they are one of the greatest trucking company to drive for. They are honest, Professional, and treat you like part of the family. From the front office to the shop, these guys are amazing. I have zero complaints. I was assigned to an awesome dispatcher name Matt. Matt keeps me running the way I like his honest and straightforward and very professional, anytime I need to reach him his always available, he makes sure I'm home when needed to be and ways has loads lined up for me ready to go.
