Unreliable as of late. Has missed multiple roads in our area several sporadic weeks, but after missing last week I called to get a credit on our account and the woman I spoke with was incredibly rude, and hung up on me.

Also- our trash wasn’t picked up again today, the scheduled pickup day for the week. I’m calling in the morning, will update this review afterwards.

It’s been 15 days since they picked up our trash. I’ve called 3 times. They keep saying they’re “putting in a work order” and “sending to the manager”. No pick up. I pay my bill on time yet they can’t get our garbage. Thinking I should bring it to them.
