Good company to partner with however , since they allow fleet owners/owner ops to hire drivers, they need to implement an ethics policy to ensure the drivers get paid. It's their name at stake so they bear responsibility in this area just as the owner op does. I've known 2 drivers who have been in a situation where they weren't paid and now find myself in the same boat.
