Fantastic experience here. It was less than an hour to closing and I needed a pair of pants and a dress shirt. I called ahead and Carla answered the phone and told me she would have some options ready.

When I arrived, Peter immediately took me to look at what my options were. He helped me find my ideal size, and made the process super easy. He clearly knows his stuff. Prices were more than reasonable.

Terrance greeted me promptly at the door, asked what exactly I was looking for and treated me like I movie star. He knew his way around the store, found the kind of styles I was looking quickly and great at managing the store. He’s very articulate and has great taste in clothes! Terrance and an older black gentlemen working here helped me out tremendously today. Needed a suit for a xmas work party this upcoming Saturday and after the workers at Suit Supply on Abbot Kinney didn't want to greet me or ask if I needed help I decided to come here.... From the very start Terrance greeted me properly, and also asked what I was needing help with. He took measurements, complimented me, and was a true professional. Thanks for your help brother! Ya'll made this a great and easy process, shopping for a suit can be a pain in the ass, but Terrance and the other black guy with the purple and blue long sleeve shirt were a tremendous help.

Went to the store twice, both times employee couldn’t operate the tablets to custom a tux. I left my number twice, they never called back.

Employee helped other customers over 6 times during helping me out which made the custom process painful.

Employee seemed too focused on understanding the tablet, lacks clear training.

They absolutely do not understand the customer process, store doesn’t have samples of most offered styles either.

Asked a question about options listed on their tablet and they said they don’t know what it meant.

Terrible store staff, never again.

Went to this location to look for a suit for an upcoming wedding. Nothing necessarily too fancy, but something I would be comfortable in. Reuben took really good care of us, while juggling with other customers. Helped me with fit, color and alterations, and answered all our "non-fashion-enclined-people" questions. Great experience and highly recommend if you need guidance in your search for a good suit !
