Northwest Arkansas was hit by 7 tornados early Sunday morning. The amount of damage was devastating. Thought it would likely be weeks before power was restored. Instead, there is a group of hard working men working in my yard putting in a new power pole. They traveled hundreds of miles and left their family behind to help those in need. There aren't enough words to express my thanks and gratitude to this crew.

In the past month we have lost power 3 or 4 or even 5 times a week. It has caused problems with schooling and attendance. Kids getting kicked off mid class, not being able to log on, and losing power in the middle of tests. Once or twice I can understand, but numerous times a week, numerous weeks with no power has started to affect our daily life and daily school work. Unacceptable.
