This company was amazing!!! not only did they ship my BMW from Naples FL. to Chicago, IL. for the lowest rate compared to all their competitors but they also had it in my driveway in 4 days. Great people to work with. Thank you again Maggie!!!

If I could give this company negative 10000 stars, I would. Everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong. The company picked up my car 4 days before they left the state, when they initially said they were picking it up on the last day so I would not have to juggle cars. It was expected to arrive Tuesday morning and it did not arrive for another 10 days later. This inconvenienced me, my friends, and my family all because of this one company. I had to have friends drive me all over the place, borrow cars, take ubers, and cancel way too many plans. That was all because of the lack of a car. One of the main things that bothered me with this company was their lack of accountability. They lied to me (and many others) about drop off time, pick up time, and locations throughout the trip. I texted and called numerous times, and no one seemed to acknowledge the actual issue.

I have been shipping my car many times, and I have never in my entire life had an issue that was this bad. I am extremely angry and frustrated with this company, and it is causing immense stress in my life.

I will absolutely never recommend this company to anyone else.

Terrible Experience – Mega Load Shipped My Car to the Wrong Location!

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Mega Load Inc and I can confidently say that it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Their complete lack of professionalism and refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.
To begin with, the most glaring and unforgivable error was the fact that they shipped my car to the wrong location. Despite providing them with accurate pickup and delivery addresses, they managed to disregard this crucial information and sent my vehicle to an entirely different city. Delivery location was Arizona, but car was shipped to Florida. This blunder not only caused immense inconvenience but also resulted in wasted time and unnecessary expenses on my part.

What is even more infuriating is the company’s complete lack of accountability. When I reached out to their customer service department to address the issue and request compensation for their error, I was met with indifference and resistance. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to cover any costs associated with their mistake were shocking and unacceptable. It was as if they were more interested in deflecting blame rather than rectifying the situation and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, the communication from Mega Load was abysmal throughout the entire ordeal. They failed to provide timely updates or respond to my inquiries promptly, leaving me in the dark about the whereabouts of my car and the progress of its delivery. Their unresponsiveness and lack of transparency added to the frustration and anxiety of the already stressful situation.

Communication history:
Monday, May 1st : Received text car will be delivered on May 11th
Tuesday, May 9th : received text that it was delivered. (wasn't delivered)
Tuesday May 9th : received text that will be delivered May 11th or 12th
Wednesday, May 10th : received text that will be delivered May 12th
Wednesday, May 10th : received text saying that truck is down and car won't be delivered as scheduled on May 12th. They will let me know the new eta.
Thursday, May 11th: Got a call from the freight company saying that they didn't want to make anymore excuses and my car was shipped to Florida.
Thursday, May 18th : received text that car was picked up.
Car was delivered Thursday May 25th.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Mega Load for any car transport needs. Their incompetence, lack of accountability, and refusal to cover the costs of their mistakes demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and potential financial loss by seeking a more reliable and responsible car transport company. Do not entrust your vehicle to Mega Load Inc under any circumstances.

Very unreliable and lied... They picked up car on Tues the 23rd of Aug, Supposed to be 3-7p. Driver shows up at 10:20PM on a work night. The car was supposed to be delivered on the 29th or 30th in Arizona. I called on the 26th to see if driver was in route and was told yes but having issues in Missouri. WELL... car didn't arrive to Arizona until the 1st of Sep. Was told in the evening. Driver messaged and was still 2 or 3 hours away. Well once again not staying up waiting and we had plans so I said how about 7am Friday? He agreed. 9am next day and still no driver and he wasn't answering phone. I was about to report car stolen. Finally driver calls and brings car. 10:30 am or so. Once again our personal time affected. Driver proceeds to tell me he didn't leave Illinois until the 30th.. I said that's funny they told me you were in route. So he didn't leave until it was supposed to be delivered. My daughter was without a car that long. Had to pay for Uber to get to work. WHY did they pick it up a week prior and it didn't leave the state? Also I had to call and follow up all these times. I didn't get a call 24 hours prior to either pick up or drop off. I will never use this company again. We have 4 years of needing car transport for my daughter and I will find someone else.
I don't believe this was the drivers fault. Mega Load lied.

Americas Choice Auto ( Mega Load Auto Transport) I must say we were very pleased our cars arrived 1 day earlier than estimated, my only complaint was the scheduled pick up time was a few hours later then they scheduled, this is the only reason I didn’t give the 5 stars. And honestly if I didn’t cut what I was doing short so I could be here on time for pick up it probably would not have been an issue. So overall I would say it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend in fact I already have.

My vehicle aka BDBB arrived safely with no damage, although it took much longer than I expected. They picked up my vehicle in Chicago on 7/8 however it did not arrive in Florida until 7/21. I was scheduled to fly out on 7/21 and this was a huge inconvenience. I then found out from the gentleman who delivered my vehicle that he did not pick it up from Chicago until 7/19....go figure. I called Mega Load and Julia stated both trucks that were initially scheduled to transport my vehicle suffered mechanical breakdowns. I only received updates because I contacted them. When I did contact them I had no problem getting updates. I would possibly use them in the future but only if I am not under any time constraints. I went thru a broker and ended up with this company. In the future if I need a transport I would probably call them directly.

Most unreliable
This spring I was suppose to ship my car from Florida to Illinois , scheduled for March 30th.
The driver never showed up , next day I called Magie. who gave me the number of the driver to call , he replied that I am calling a wrong number .
Called Magie back , but she said his truck was disabled , and scheduled another driver , to pick up , increased the price from 800$ to 950$.
The second driver arrived about 11.30 pm , my flight was next day , he pulled a stunt that the price is 11000$ . I was his hostage , so agreed ! , the car arrive on 4-13-2022.
These Mega Load are unreliable , their Mega load is not Cars , but load of something else !
They are slaughtering the hen that lays the golden eggs .

The entire process was a friendly and professional experience. My car was picked up at my house at the specified time and waiting at the terminal in Florida. We were picked up at the airport, chauffeured to our car. From the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we were in our car and driving away was approximately 15 minutes. The Mega Haul team and terminal worked very well together. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. As far as we are concerned, Mega Haul is an outstanding company!
