I’m a thankful client of Meest Karpaty Chicago. Been using them for years. I’ve sent packages to Ukraine, Moldova and Russia, both via air and ship, always very professional handling of customer’s requests.
What can I say, never ever been disappointed. Great service and prices, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Did air shipping to a Kyiv suburb. They helped me translate the address written in English to Ukrainian. They said it would take 2 weeks to get there. It got there less than 2 weeks! Delivered to the front door! 🙂

PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Sent package to Ukraine. My sister received text messages that her package will be delivered on December 3rd. But what a surprise PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED on 3rd, neither on 4th so on 5th i called to Canada customer service, she(customer representative) said that she will send a request to Ukraine office. On 6th i called again to Canada because package wasn't delivered again and there's a "customer representative" Alina who hang up on me twice, then i talked to Olena, she said that she contracted Ukrainian offirce and my package will be delivered on 7th for sure but NO DELIVERY on 7th. Called again on 7th talked to Okcana she said just to wait until tomorrow or Monday. WOW if i can give them zero review i would. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXIST FOR THIS COMPANY . SO DISSAPOINTED. Do not do business with them there is a different and much better companies.

Vanessa, personally I have had no problems in dealing with the post office personnel because of my Russian language. I come to this post office for many years (driving four and half hours to Chicago) and I am always please with their service! Your posting is not a true statement from my experience!
The political issues between Western and Eastern sides of Ukraine does not make an affect on the service the office personnel provides to customers!

I was trying to send a parcel from Chicago to Kiev. I called several times from Ukraine to Karpaty Chicago office, I wrote several e-mails to them - no luck! They answered one time that courier picks up the cargo for $10 bucks but "he is very busy" but then dissapeared. They do not pick up the phone. No customer service as we understand it.

Good service. Affordable price. Helpful staff Please be aware that smallest parcel to Russia should be 11 lb or 5 kg. I was charged for 11 lb when my package was 9.5 lb

Update: Had to remove a star. Last package I put "Air" on the paperwork, per usual, said "Air" on the phone when paying, and my package was sent by sea, so now it will take 2+ weeks longer than I wanted. Frustrating.

Previous review: Have used several times with good results but today I had a fabulous experience with the gentleman who answered the phone. Super helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I wish I would have gotten his name, but excellent customer service. Thank you!
