This place takes a long time to check you in. If you’re bringing an empty, it needs to be spotless. Security will make you sweep for the smallest things. They are nice though and let you sweep there. Just make sure it’s swept really well! Easy drop and hook, just takes time especially if there is a line

Trailers for drop/hook need to be spotless, inside and out. Constantly rejected for things beyond anybodies control, such as small graffiti tags, or patched holes in trailer walls. Not securities fault. Whoever is running shipping is too strict.

Check in on time, ‘this happens on 08/27/22 at 13:10 guard inspect MT trailer carefully so you need clean trailer. Overall big parking and clean. Check in guard very respectful person he made my day. Thank you.

Staff are very nice. Just be aware your trailer needs to be in great condition, this is medical supplies after all. They will refuse you if there are holes, dirt, nails poking out of the floor, or those two by four sticky braces.

Its an ok place just drop your empty trailer and pick up your loaded one and be on your merry way. The empty trailers that you bring MUST BE CLEANED. That included no sticky stuff inside from a previous load with those sticky wood bars or else they will make you take it off.

Had a problem with the trailer a piece of bracing was stuck to side of wall . another driver knocked it off for me . the guard tgen let me in she was so sweet and understanding during whole process. Very nice place to go .google had directions wrong but then Google is not 100 % with stuff.
