Tried my first order on Tuesday for a discounted delivery fee. Delivery arrived on schedule and I immediately realized it was missing part of it. I tried to reply to the email confirmation. Bounced. I called the number listed. It rang and rang until I got a message to leave a message...followed by a full mailbox message. I went to their website where the number to contact them listed the number I had already tried. I posted on their fb and 15 minutes later got a call with someone who didn't know why she was calling me or who I was. I looked up the info she needed, she said she'd call a driver to deliver the missing piece. It took an hour for the missing part as the rest of the food is cold. Pretty un-stellar. I wanted an option cheaper than competitors, but this doesn't work. Of course, no offer for anything for the mistake that was not mine.

It's been over 2 hours and contacted them and they said they'd contact my area dispatcher and haven't heard from them and i tried calling back and they forwarded my call more than 3 times already!!!
