The best advice get there super early so you get first in line. Appointment was at 7pm arrived at location at 5:25pm stood in line in the middle of the street for 4 hours to get in. Checked in got door emptied at 4am lumper fee $355. Called receiving at 7pm they said they start receiving at 7 so just in time. Lmao right. The street is not a busy traffic lane no other business on it. So overnight parking is ok. Once you pay lumper fee walk to receiving for your paperwork otherwise you’ll wait longer. Check your trailer they almost kept my load locks. All 3 of them.

Never ever ever will come here. My apt was at 01:00 i stood in line since 1800 to get to guard at 12:54 . 5 min before appoitment time. Got uloaded. In 28 min. Never ever again

9 pm apt. Arrived 6:15 pm. Trucks backed around the building. After midnight before reaching guard shack. Our fairly quickly but only had half a load going in.
Guard said they turned away 20 trucks from night before and they were all trying to get unloaded yet in addition to those previously on appointments for the day.

OVERNIGHT PARKING ON STREET ALLOWED! You will be here for at least 3 hours. parking is allowed on both sides of the street. GET HERE AND GET IN LINE EARLY! If you get here within 2 hours of 2100 (9pm) just get in line or you will be in a long line. I arrived 1 hour before my 9pm appointment time and I was 3rd in line there were trucks parked on both sides already but not in line. They are supposed to let trucks in at 9pm said the nonchalant guard playing fb reels on his phone while talking to me ? but they didn't start until about 9:30 The first truck had a 11pm appointment and was still given a door. Once you check in at the guard shack, they will ask you to take your seal off and bring it to them and fill out a gate pass they will give you a plastic envelope that will have your paperwork in it. You put that in the back of your trailer open your doors and back in. If you have to pay for your lumper they will come to your truck and tell you. When they are done and you can leave they will also come to your truck. Leave your doors open when leaving for guard shack to check and give them the gate pass. My checkout time was 1:30am

10/16/25 I got here at 7pm for a 9pm appointment. Didn’t get to guard shack until 10pm. Also the guard that checked me I didn’t notice that I had two po’s. This caused me to have to get put back on a door and I have to pay a second lumper fee. As much time as it takes to check in u would think they would dot every I and cross every T. But they didn’t it’s now 05:22 and all of this could have been avoided. “ two dope boys in a Cadillac “

It’s your luck, if you’re not having good day don’t make it worst by showing up earlier than your given appointment time they won’t take you any cost . On other hand if they need your product they won’t care about appointment or anything. No parking in the lot nor on the street . Good thing is there is two rest area about 0.7 miles radius and flying j with 14 miles radius.

Even this one star rating is too much for this place. Such a horrible place.. Waited for the whole freaking 4 days to unload our loads. Please if you can then avoid this place load or cancel it!! It’s not a joke, do you hear me i said “4days”.. I repeat again, 4 days in a row…..They don’t even care about you, your time & your appearance… Such a shame on you guys! They don’t even open on afternoons, they just took the loads late at night & give the same appointment time for all of us.. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!❗️❗️p.s. Even they don’t have enough place for back parking.. Every truckers are mad about this place.. you will see it if you get over there.. I say, “Don’t take this place load”. We’re here since Thursday night and today it’s already Monday late night.. can you feel me..
