A bit expensive, but the closest UPS drop off in the area. You’ll have to pay for printing your label and sometimes for the box a packaging to return, which is contrary to what it says on Amazon, but overall friendly and helpful. Staff is nice, and they can get you setup with a mobile notary if needed.

This was the second time I had a bad experience with customer service in this business. I thought twice before going back and I should have stayed away. I simply needed to print a return label and mail a return. I walked in the door and there was a sign that said please wait down the corridor or something like that. I wasn't sure where to wait for assistance so I asked the woman behind the register, who was ringing someone up, where should I wait? The sign confused me and I was trying to stand in the correct place. She was so rude and said im with someone right so, so please wait and I'll be right with you. But not in a friendly way. I said oh no problem, just wondering where should I wait, and she was exasperated by the question and said let me finish with her. Please wait. She was very put out and rude. And I decided at that point that I would rather give my business to the ups store in eureka, where they print for free, and are always super super friendly and nice. The entire interaction was awful. I want to support small business but they have consistently been short and rude in this business. I don't recommend going in there unless you like terrible customer service and expensive prices. I would rather drive to Eureka than spend my money here. Unfortunate.

HORRID! not once, but TWICE lost FedEx packages. first was badly MISLABELED by careless employee, second time i was sending to same address- said please double check wtc ( very pleasantly i spoke ) but it was mislabeled during processing ( but corrected by my (politely) insisting to review address) AND still they were SO so RUDE... soo rude! and parcel is STILL LOST and way overdue ... and they are still rude and disrespectful and dismissive. NEVER GOING BACK!!

Don't have a phone number listed if you don't have time answer your phones! I've tried to purchase a mailbox here twice and was left on hold for 10+ minutes each time; definitely won't be purchasing a mailbox from them if this is the level of customer service they provide.
