They were the absolute worst “professional” company I have ever had to deal with. The driver lied for 2 weeks about how far away he was and kept giving false delivery windows. They broke our entertainment center, our kids play kitchen, one of our night stands, most of the boxes looks like Ace Ventura delivered them, and somehow we are missing one of our mattresses. All of the customer service people I had to talk to were rude, not understanding, and not one time apologized for how awful all of this has been. When you spend thousands of dollars to have professionals handle your move, you don’t expect them to treat your belongings like garbage and treat the customer like it’s their fault. Run from this place!

I hired MC Movers through Angie's list last weekend!
They did a great job! The chief, Ceasar (co-owner) and his crew were very helpful and got the job done within my estimated time frame. I have to say, I am very impressed with the professionalism and how carefully Ceasar was leading his team to make sure all the large pieces go smoothly without touching the walls.

Ceasar and Carlos Helped me out in a pinch, another company canceled out a day before delivery and I gave Mc movers a call they were able to set me up with a new appointment on time they were flexible and courtesy. Not only were they fast to respond and setup the appointment but they came extremely well prepared for the job, we were moving a very large very delicate item up to the hills along winding roads and steep hills, they handled it like pros the item arrived perfect on time and they had no issue helping us set the item up in its new location and move other thing a around too.
Tape blankets dolley and Styrofoam all used to protect item all included in the price they quoted me.
Very professional, fast, reliable and easy.
I recommend them for any use, they were well equied with a lift gate large truck enough for a large homes worth of furniture as well as the tools needed to transport one vmhevay item.
Will definitely use again.

Marco and his team are great. The move went fast, and they packed everything very well. Not one bit of damage. They moved very heavy items with ease and no complaints. They even moved things around at the new place if I asked them to. Great attitude and service.

I've moved with MC movers twice in the last 1.5 years. I need to move again so I gave them a call.

They came by and looked at our house and said they would send me a quote later in the day. It took quite a lot of time to hear back, or at least a lot longer the first two quotes. Once they called me they quoted DOUBLE the amount they had the previous two times. They said the move would take 19 hours with 4 people. I could move my whole place in 19 hours alone.

I mentioned this and the person on the phone said this is because this time they are doing packing services also. I mentioned that the previous two times they packed for us they packed also. The person on the phone just said "oh...".

I asked her if what happened was they saw how much they charged me last time and thought they hadn't added packing and they decided it would be easy to position it as double the amount because of that. The person confirmed this was true.

I then confirmed with the person on the phone that they didn't give me a quote based on how long they thought it would take but instead how much money they could try to get from me. They confirmed this was true. They tried to save face to give me a better quote but I told them I couldn't work with them for being dishonest.

Who doesn't value repeat customers?

Edit: I originally posted this on Yelp. They have called me trying to say I got the details wrong. I hadn't. I know this because I clarified the details with them on the phone.

They are the best. A great company with a professional team of movers. I used this company for my move and they did a great job. They are very fast and efficient and they care about your stuff. Highly recommended.
