Horrible service of the guy who came to deliver. Already late by few hours, arrived at 1 am to my area, supposed to be door to door service and yet middle of the night dropped the bag on the Main Street about 200 meters away from my home. Even though the directions could easily get to my house, he claims his gps shows on the street and dropped right there. No common sense to think about what the customer going to go through dragging that bag that middle of the night for 200 meters. Ridiculous service. As someone said here, this one particular guy is so rude and giving bad name to the company and their overall service reputation. If he does not like to deliver better quit n find another job. I am cursing this company and the airlines for this experience even though this was reflection of just one bad attitude of the delivery guy. I hope they get right staff to keep their reputation well.

Very unprofessional. After a day without receiving my delayed bag, they scheduled the delivery at any time between 1.30am-4.30am on a Monday morning. I called the driver to request another time, and he was just really rude with a "take it or leave it/I don't care" answer. I finally called the company to request a delivery the next day, but the driver still dropped my bag that night in the back of my house. I am regretting flying again with KLM just because of this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were told by KLM to contact them directly for the delivery of our baggage. The person who answered the phone was RUDE. We wanted to confirm that the number they have on file is correct since KLM baggage customer service had an extra number at the end. The guy who answered the phone had attitude and yelled “WE HAHE YOUR NUMBER” without telling us what the number on file is that they have and proceeded to hang up on us. They also could not guarantee when the delivery will be and kept saying “when the driver gets here” and that “it could be delivered after midnight”. After the experience on the phone we knew these guys do not care about anything. We ended up picking up our luggages from their office/warehouse since we do not trust them handling our luggages and doubt they are coming same day or even the next day.

My luggage arrived thursday 1pm, one day later after being lost. By Friday 5pm NOBODY contacted me about the delivery. In the same breath airline company were super unresponsive by not providing any details of progress for delivery as well as denied sharing the contact number of deliver company so I could call them and arrange the delivery by myself.

After 30min long call to KLM on Friday afternoon I somehow managed to get the name of this HEROIC delivery company and ended up paying fortune for the cab ride to get to the company by myself, located in dodgy industrial area of LA.

Upon arriving, my luggage was sitting and collecting dust while employees were playing games on the phone.. luckily the lady working there were super nice and responsive cannot say the same about the company and it's missing service in general. To the airline companys - shame on you guys by being ignorant and retaining this company on your payroll DESPITE HAVING NEVER ENDING COMPLAINS about the MBI and it's lack of service.

At least I could/can change my underwear after chasing my ARRIVED luggage for more than two days

I was really wary of what I was getting into when my bags didn't make my KLM flight. There was a flight 3 hours later and my bags were on it. Thankfully, I had AirTags on my bags and could see the progress. MBI got my bags within 2 hours of the flight landing. They called me 1 hour later to let me know they had the bags and they would be delivered between 9pm-11pm (not ideal times, but at least I got my bags the same day.) They asked if they could leave the bags (given the reviews on this), I said "no," please ring the bell and call me. I was able to track the bags on the AirTag and the bags were with me by 10:15 (the driver rang my bell and called me.) I don't know how they could better improve their service, given the volume of bags they handle, but I was pleased with all they offered. The bags were delivered to my house 5 hours after the flight landed. The combo of having the Air Tags and their customer service kept me at ease.

Given the terrible reviews this company already has, clearly I'm not the only one that had an absolutely awful experience. I spoke to two representatives, both of which were incredibly unhelpful and rude. My interaction with a representative named Armando takes the cake. When I asked him to confirm the items of luggage that he had set aside for me, he flat out refused to, claiming that they were, "all the way on the other side of his desk." Given this unhelpful response, I asked once again for him to confirm what these bags look like, to which he yelled, "They're here!” I told him not to yell at me, and he responded by saying, "oh you don't wanna hear me yell."

This is by far the worst experience I've had with any company. This type of service is unacceptable, and I am completely convinced that if it weren't for airlines for some reason continuing to use this terrible company, they would have been out of business a long time ago. It's abundantly clear that you're not still open because of the quality of their customer service.

Although losing your luggage is not an ideal situation having MBI the company that the airlines hire to deliver them once they are found is a relief — to say the least. The customer service was exceptional. They called and were so caring and attentive. Noe was amazing.

if i could give it a zero i would.
the delivery person was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Didn't wait 10 minutes before leaving, having me result to running down the street at 4:50am and calling him but decided to read my message and block my number without telling me any information about where my bags will be only that "it's in a warehouse" went to westjet about it and it lead to them talking to supervisors and others in the work place don't answer the phone, and they have bigggg big attitude. only people that HELPED were the two women working in the front that after calling multiple times they were able to say where my bag was and i picked it up at 11:30pm. unacceptable. if you hate your job leave; don't be out here making everyone pay for your actions.
