Natasha needs to learn some people skills. She returned my phone call and started out with “Natasha speaking”. I asked from where and she started an attitude saying you just called self storage. I told her not to be rude with me, but to state where you’re calling from as well as your name and she hung up on me. Guess they have enough business and don’t need mine….

My trailer parking price doubled from $64 to $114 within a year with 2 price hikes months apart. Natasha claims a registered letter was sent advising the change and that someone signed for it. I lived on Maxwell AFB and never received any letter and definitely didn't sign for any letter. Ridiculous price hike when the on-base trailer parking only costs $60. I initially went to this place because the lot was full on base but then when I was notified there was space on-base, I didn't move because I didn't want to go through the hassle of transporting my trailer to save $4 a month. Little did I know, they were actually charging my credit card $114 and I didn't realize it. Save your money and go somewhere else. If you're military, go to Gunter or Maxwell on-base storage for $60 flat a month.

The facility was easy to find. The management helped me find a unit that would suit my needs at a great price! They can use auto billing, so that's one less thing I have to worry about each month. I have easy access to my unit and have never had a problem! Ed and Allison are great people running an excellent business! Give them a call!

Excellent storage facility. I rented a 10x15 outdoor storage room for almost two years, and everything stayed clean and dry. I was able to access my storage at any time, day or night, and the location was extremely convenient. They also have an auto-payment process, so I didn't have to remember to pay each month. I would definitely use this facility again if I come back to Maxwell.

My son is a student at ASU but lives in Columbia SC. During the semester, it's easier to find storage near campus than for me to bring everything back between semesters. Goggle searched led us to Mr. Ed and we have not been disappointed. I hope he continues to be around for the next 3 years. I would DEFINITELY recommend him.

I went to the unit I rented here opened the door and found rat waste on a comforter I had on my tv stand. Called the maintenance guy about the problem and nothing was done, I just recently found a house to rent. I started unpacking my stuff and omg. Posting pictures.
