#1 pet peeve: the maid knocking on the door 3 hours before check out. Get your mess together Xanterra. So much talk about service and you can’t even bother to let your employees when the guest is out of the room? This is annoying and disrespectful. There’s a telephone on the room, is it too much to call? Also the shelve space and towel rack space is practically inexistent unless you’re traveling solo. No assistance bar in the shower. Everything else seemed ok. Odd numbers are on second floor and there’s no elevator. If you stay in lower floors you can hear all the people walking on the second floor. Good amount of outlets. Needs better lighting. I’m adding a video of a different hotel to show what optimal shelve space looks like. Our room at the lodge had WAY more space than that where you could accommodate an even greater space. And I personally don’t care for the TV, but it’s ridiculously small.

If you're in the park for just one day Maswik lodge is probably your best option for edible options. Inside you'll find a pizza pub along with 4 other food stations offering everything from sandwiches, to tacos, roasted chicken to hotdogs. There is also a great gift shop as soon as you enter the door. If you're looking to stay the night, you can book a room or a tour

I stayed with family without reservation. This lodge offered reasonable price. And locatied at Grand canyon national park with natual. It take 5-8minute to mothers point. I saw sunrise at the morning. Restorant locatied at central with receptiom.
