Called the day before and asked about firewood availability and they assured me they would have it available. I called less than an hour before picking up and they once again said they would be able to accommodate even with the rain. When I arrived the employees refused to sell me the wood I had asked for. And only offered two bundles, and would not allow me to buy more than that. Even with more wood bundles there. I was beyond disappointed in the customer service provided. I purchased two bundles of almond and two of pine. Product was quality employees not.

I've never bought firewood from them but wouldn't hesitate to based on the excellent service I've received when purchasing propane from them. They guys here are always right there, ready to pump once you pull in. They're knowledgeable and it's always safety first with them. They're a great resource for all things rv related. And something else you don't find much anymore - they remember you and talk with you, ask how you're doing, etc. It's nice.
FYI: $8.00 minimum for bulk propane and they stop pumping propane at 4:30 pm each day (call and double check the cut off time, just in case ;^).

These guys are THE BEST!!! I come here for propane about every 6 wks for my RV. Today, my RV wouldn't start, it's old and finiky, so I'm trying everything: more gas ( bc I was at an angle); charge up the battery (bc by now I've killed it); bump it (bc of course now the starters stuck); climb under and hit the starter w a hammer; then charge up the battery some more and so on. This went on in a circle, round and round, for like 2 hrs. I was besidñ q QSSqSSQSSASQSsswswwaaaaQssssssSsssqQ😁😁¹¢##s1#1qqa@1es myself, I wanted to pull my hair out. But thru it all these guys never once lost their patience or faith in my ability to work it out. And I'm a 5'4", 120# blond 50 y/0 woman. Needless to say at about the 2 hr mark, the heavens smiled on me and she started. Btw, if Manuel offers you coffee, take it. It's fantastic! Thanks guys for everything. See you in another 6 wks. Lol!
