These dispensary’s are just sad at this point like people do this from out their garage and are more on point. They never have anything always trying to make me buy some low thc crap or something else entirely go to your local dispensary instead cause it’s not with it here

I've been Ordering from them for about 4 years now, and after the shit show today I will never order from them again. I waited four hours by my front door for my delivery, when I called and asked where it was they canceled it. Without any notification at ALL. they lied and said the driver had already been here and no one was here at all, no one even texted or called which they normally do. So I called and that's when the guy said they canceled it, he said he would send the driver right back over and they would call. Never called, never texted, never showed. I called again and got the same response, and again nothing. This used to be the best company, it's really sad.

While delivery is convenient and their prices/deals are quite good for the area...

- about a quarter of the time they just can't deliver. This is somewhat understandable as I'm more rural, but a quarter or more of the time being told "lol sorry nah" sucks

- they USED to let us know automatically if there was an issue with our order. Now they wait for us to call and pay to tell us "oh hey your order won't be out til tomorrow at the earliest" I can understand not having a driver or whatever, but NOT simply failing to alert the customer that something is wrong

Those 2 things make it seriously difficult to reliably use this service. And that sucks, your driver's are always nice and friendly (only service I tip regularly) and your deals are good but I too often end up having to drive 45m to the store ANYWAY

Great products very affordable. I really love their concentrate products haven’t had a bad experience with anything I’ve bought from them. Drivers have excellent customer service always very welcoming with a smile on their face. I do plan on ordering from them more often. Overall great experience.

Great place. Good prices. Abosutely LOVED the high power syrups. My go go juice. The ganache blunt is perfect for relaxing nothing planned movie night. Had me mind dazed. Love their prices for ounces and 14g. Customer service is amazing. All the drivers are amazing. All the employee do their best.
