Hi,

I have a concern regarding our boxes. I just don't have the invoice # with me. My boxes were pick up last February 18. When my mom received the boxes yesterday, it was not the way we packed it. Concerns:
1.) There are spaces in between the cans but I am pretty sure I squished all items. It means some items are missing.
2.) The box is upside down, I put all the cans at the bottom, but when my mom opened it, all cans are at the top.
3.) Chocolates are all melted, where in I put it all in the middle to avoid melting which is I usually do everytime I send boxes.
4.) The tapes under and un the top of the box are not the same as how we packed it.
5.) When the time they picked up the box here, they said 45 to 60 days. Unfortunately, it came yesterday which is 80 days approx.

We called the office here at Hayward and they mentioned the box opened when it arrived in Manila. I was wondering how will it open with the tape all around the box and, if it burst it should be the side of the box not the top or bottom part.

And, if ever that happens you should call the customer and report to us what happen because we will really think that someone opened our box due to the physical receiving of the box which is not the same thing when you picked it up from our house.

We need further explaination about this, why? Because as you can see, the tape is usually around the whole top and whole bottom. This tape also is what we ALWAYS use for all the boxes even other friends and relatives we know here. This is the first time it happened to our box.

I will be waiting for your response and action about this.

Worst customer experience. not sure why would you be in field of service if you’ll just be rude towards your customers. I was trying to schedule a pick up and when i told HER i will not be available on the time she was giving me, she straight up told me to just look for another courier! a lot has changed since they first started. you just lost me and my family/friends business. I’d rather pay a little bit more but will be treated with respect. a company that would want my business

So far they haven't let me down. My boxes arrived on time in good condition. The person that picked up my boxes, are very nice. I loved the extra small box that goes with it. I will recommend ManilaBox to my friend definitely. Keep up the good work guys and thanks for being on time. Glenda

Amazingly fast and reliable! My door-to-door arrived in just 1 month and 2 days to be exact. Compare to the other carriers I have used in the past (Johnny Air Cargo, 8 months ago); Manila Box by far is the fastest.
