I cannot say enough good things about this company. The representative I spoke with to book was courteous, clear, direct and transparent. He came through on all of the offers he provided. Discount, free bags/bins, free pick up and timeline. It happened just as he layed out.

The movers were amazing. They showed up on time, were well dressed, friendly, respectful and fast. When they got to the last push, they called in a few guys to help finish up the job. What? That is unheard of...WOW.

They packaged my items beautifully, wrapped every single item and put all of my small belongings into waterproof bins.

They even offer haul away service which was invaluable!!

The best part is they pack me, move me, AND store it!

This is now my go to company for all my moving and storage needs. I want to shout out to the entire world that this is a top notch company and should be putting other storage companies out of business.

I am so impressed with this company and their service is top notch! From the moment I contacted them, they were so great and accommodating as they immediately took care of me and explained all of my options in great detail. They created a moving/storage package plan that worked perfectly for my needs and their prices are more than reasonable! I had the pleasure of working with Oscar R. & Adrian when they showed up not a minute late to my home and immediately got to work. They were friendly, professional, & took great care of my furniture. They even helped relieve my stress that often comes with moving by having such great attitudes! Not only that, they went back and personally checked all of my furniture after it was packed to see if I left something behind on accident in a piece of furniture.I highly recommend this company! 5 stars!

Awesome company! They provide bins free of charge and send you bags that you fill up and they place safely in the bins. The famous Oscar, Adrian, and Jonah came to pick up my items. Everyone wore masks and we're very respectful of distance. They packed up my items and were completely done in 20 minutes. Absolutely fantastic. I'll update my review once I pull everything from storage and see how it all held up.

I picked MakeSpace after an online search for self storage options. I’m really glad I did. I spoke with a rep who explained the service, set a time for pickup and received bags for packing up the items that they store in bins inside their facility.

Osmin and Sergio showed up during the time frame selected and they were friendly, efficient, professional and quick. So far this is turning out to be a great decision! They manage expectations and offer a service that is very useful for me given that I don’t have the time or equipment to lug items to a storage facility.

They had great customer service etiquettes and look for extra savings for my storage unit. I highly recommend the service who else will move your stuff for free and you only have to pay the cost of the storage unit.

MakeSpace is an awesome service! It is a bit more expensive than traditional storage but you get what you pay for. I thought it was a very fair price for all the work and hassle they saved me. The crew, Sean and Darrin were extremely professional and helpful. They move your stuff into the truck and then return it back inside wherever you want it! Saved so much time and my back! Thank you for making this stressful move a little less stressful! Worth every penny!

We had a wonderful experience with MakeSpace both times! This service is amazing! You have to list everything they are coming for which takes some time but they send you all necessary supplies for packing and bring whatever else you need. There’s an easy to use ap to download as well to help you organize and plan. They wrap everything fragile for you, take pictures of everything so it’s organized in storage and load it all into the truck. All you have to do is prepare, they literally do the rest. We had two pick up locations on separate day’s and both moves went flawlessly. Michael and Adrian came the first time and Armando and David came the second. They were all exactly on time, extremely efficient and fast moving, polite and helpful. When we are ready in our new space they will come back to drop it all off. Everyone I spoke to on the phone with questions and changes were very helpful and took care of all our issues without hesitation. This alleviated a ton of stress and work for our move and we are very grateful for this incredible service.
