I am so very happy with the service I received today from the staff! The gentleman who assisted me was very professional, informative, and patient in assisting me (as I bumbled my way through figuring out how to get the return label needed for my Amazon package). The employee was so very nice and I truly appreciate his help! I will admit, a few years ago I did not have a very satisfying experience at this location. However, there seems to have been some really fantastic changes over the last few years and I would definitely recommend using this business for your shipping needs— especially to those who may have had a less-than-wonderful experience a few years ago as I did.

Went in today to try and get help boxing and sending packages. The girl working said she didn't have a box big enough and told me to go find a box. Went to the Vernal location, and they were able to tape two boxes together. I spent $1200 at the Vernal location too bad they wouldn't help me here.

I appreciate this location's service to print Amazon return labels. The difficulty is that this location does not have the technology to scan QR codes to print Amazon return labels.

It would be wonderful if Mailbox would upgrade their system to match the current QR scanning technology for greater ease for customers.

I called and was told that it went out at 2 pm. When I took an express package in clerk said they go out at noon. Then she tried to tell me that I had asked about the ground shipping. Therefore my package was delayed for 24 hours. 😒😒😒

All of my packages have either been shipped to the wrong address, delayed for several days, routed a thousand miles out of the way, or sent by the wrong carrier.
Recently, when I was charged $23.00 to send a package that would have been $9.00 if I had printed my own label, they sent my package to the "From Sender" instead of the intended recipient. When I called to request a refund, the manager refused to even discuss it and hung up on me. If she would have refunded my money or offered to ship to the correct location, I wouldn't be writing this. I have been refused refunds in the past even though it is UPS policy to give a refund in that situation.

Pretty much anyone can hang out a sign that offers UPS service at double the price while offering no quality of service.

I found them to be incompetent, irresponsible, and the manager would not even discuss the problem. She acted like a little child throwing a tantrum and told me to find another way to solve the problem. So while she refuses to address her company's mistake with me, she can discuss it with whoever asks about this message instead.
