I had a printer to return via FedEx. I brought the boxed printer to MailNMoreBenicia. I had the QR code that came in the email instructions. MailNMoreBenicia is unable to use QR codes to print a label. The gentleman behind the desk helped me through figuring out how to get the label in a format he was able to print. Extremely helpful. He went above & beyond to help me get my package out and not have to drive to a FedEx location. Thank you & I will be back!

Terrible experience dealing with place. I really wanted to support local business but I had to go to UPS to take care of my delivery. The old guy makes it difficult to give this place money.

I am appalled that the old man here is allowed to still interact with customers. He is extremely rude and is such a negative individual to deal with. I wouldn't visit this place again even if you paid me. Such a horrible experience.

Super efficient notary, mail service, and live scan fingerprint vendor. The lady behind the desk informed me where to wait for fingerprints and the technician knew exactly what he was doing and got me in and out in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

Apparently they don't print shipping labels there. Kinda weird since it's a shipping store. Rude old man. Needs to retire and be miserable somewhere else.

Excellent colored copy on photo paper . The gentleman there had given me good advice about the camera specs for the copy size -- so the picture will not come out grainy . Vanessa deals with my mother with kindness , patience and appreciation my mom is 74. I always get my fax ,notary , important docs sent there or I send out from there with no problems 😉
