This company is AWFUL. They were hired to deliver for Lowe’s recently and I had two large vanity’s delivered.
Per instruction from Lowe’s they were supposed to put them in desired location. Which would obviously be the bathrooms..::
They said they could put them in the garage or first room through the door.
Mind you I had a delivery within two months ago and the other company was AMAZING and so kind. Doing their job correctly and efficiently.
The men delivering ignored me and had an attitude when I was talking to them. The woman Sonia was very unhelpful and supposedly the manager.
Ignored questions I needed to give to the Lowe’s customer care representative and ran to the truck so I couldn’t get the information I needed.
Now I have to vanity’s unsafely sitting in my living room.
Lowe’s luckily helped me and is sending someone else but, as for this company avoid at all costs.

Carriers, beware of this company. Anthony Massillon ordered my truck and decided to tell me the customer canceled the shipment. We were already in route to secure the shipment in a timely manner. After directly speaking with the shipper to confirm, this was found out to be a lie. Shipper made me aware of a truck currently sitting there to pickup the same load, and nothing was canceled. Next time, go and order a Tonka Truck to play with because our trucks run on real diesel. This brokerage is a joke.

Update: What started out well ended poorly.
Inability to follow up timely and simply not following through at the quote stage made working with them impossible. They have great capabilities and maybe we worked with the wrong guy, but it didnt work out. What a shame. I cannot recommend them for importing from China and handpacking displays at this time.

Visible has been good to work with, communication has been great, and their facility is top notch. We are looking forward to working with them soon.

Trucking Company and Driver be aware . Dont extend Credit to this Company . They will Call you in a Rush to get you to move a load and then scam you on the Pay . Dalton Belk is either an Agent or the Owner and like to preasure to complete the Job without exchanging any contracts just over the Phone . GET YOUR MONEY UPFRONT DONT GET SCAMMED.

Terrible communication. I set up a corporate account for my business to incorporate USPS online and then have tried to get in contact with them for the last 3 months with no response. Use any other company other than them to incorporate USPS.
