Love this facility. It's clean, easy to rent from, the prices are reasonable, and my stuff is secure. I couldn't ask for a better place to keep all my treasures. I highly recommend this place. As for the complaints from the other people's reviews, I don't keep any food in your storage locker, and I haven't had any mice. That's a no brainer.
I've always found the staff very friendly and helpful, so you be the judge, but personally I like the peace of mind knowing my things are safe there.

The manager at this facility was very rude,yelling at my nephew and I, using profanity. We were moving our stuff out of storage, unit was paid up to end of month and she was not allowing us to leave. She stated we had to give 14 day notice and were not allowed to take our stuff until we did, which we tried few weeks ago but she left. Manager was attempting to lock gate, locking us in the facility. She called Sherrif and they told her it was false imprisonment to do so. She then chose to let us out. I would not reccomend this facility due to bad management.

I think they were great until I was told they will not pro rate your rent rate, They charged me the full amount even though I will only be using 21 days! NOT SOMETHING THEY TELL YOU AT FIRST.!!!!

Lady at the front desk was really rude. I needed information, not an attitude. If this is how they treat people over the phone, I'd prefer not to imagine how they treat their customers. I will definitely let it be known to everyone I know, to not rent here.

This place is great! The new manager is both friendly and helpful. The facility is clean. Rent prices are very reasonable!! As far as mini storages
are concerned, this one is the best! Thank you
